February Photo A Day Week 3

Here is my hubby on a conference call for work. 

Finally used my Crocs gift card from Christmas. I am obsessed with Crocs. Just not the original kind, those are super ugly to me. 

Running late to a Valentine's Party 

Sadly the doctor gave me migraine meds that make diet coke taste funny! Diet Pepsi does not taste nearly as bad. 

Driving on our dirt road after it's rained for 3 days (or even 1 day for that matter)

Having your own business and doing your taxes gets complicated!

This was taken on the 4th of July up at BYU-Idaho a few months into dating in 2001. We had just gone swimming in a lake. Still my favorite photo ever of us. 

February Photo A Day Week 2

I have been having so much fun with Fat Mum Slim's photo challenge on Instagram! If you missed my pictures from Week 1, you can see them here. 

Now onto week 2....

I had a migraine on Day 8 so I really tried to avoid the sun but did eventually have to feed the animals and noticed that Pattycake's feed bucket is the color of the sun and that counts, right? :)

I work across the street from the house I grew up in and I thought it would be fun to take a photo of that front door. It still looks exactly the same!

Of course I had to forget to put make up on for Day 10 and it be a self portrait! Oh well. I was working at the cake shop and looking so fabulous ;)

Snuggling with my cute cat makes me happy! 

Yikes! Motivation to clean it. 

I got this in the mail from my Mom (see the little note above the chick?) and it has blue writing on it. I'm thinking of getting Chickens and she was very thoughtful to send it to me. 

This is my "infertility necklace" It says "You are worth it all". It's my message to my future children. Whatever we have to go through to get them will be worth it. When I took this picture we were on our way to court to try and get a little girl out of the foster care system and home with us. It didn't happen this court date but there is still hope.

February Photo A Day Week 1

I've made a decision that I hope y'all like. I've decided to share more about my personal life on my little craft blog. Why? Because while I really like seeing people's projects and crafts, I realized I really like seeing fun details about their lives. 

Also, I get A LOT of requests for photos of my pig to be put on my blog. Not even kidding. He is pretty popular! :)

So, I'm totally addicted to this app called Instagram on my iphone.

 Basically you just take photos on your phone and then post them for your friends to see and comment on. They give you fun filters that make your photos look awesome. I post a ridiculous amount of photos of my animals on there :)

A blogger named Fat Mum Slim created this "Photo A Day" challenge. 

 She started it in January but I didn't join until month. It is seriously so much fun! Here are my photos from this week...

I stopped by my Dad's work to say hi. 

Anniversary 

Saw my Dad again on Day 3. I thought something was wrong with my car, turns out there was just a stick under my car. Embarrassing. 

I did a little play on words for this one. I wrote, "It gets stranger and stranger how much I love eggs lately" :)

I just happened to be in the bathroom at church at 10 am. Seriously not planned. 

I made hashbrowns for the first time ever! 

When my Mom and I adopted this cute cat from the pound 15 years ago his name was "Buttons". We didn't really feel like that name fit him so we re-named him Murphy.
